Frequently Asked Questions

Are there different costs for specialised care?

No. We believe in total transparency and fairness. We have a fixed flat hourly rate regardless of the level of care required. Whether your loved one needs simple companionship or high-dependency bedbound care, the rate remains the same.

Do you offer a trial period?

Because our service is highly bespoke, we do not offer a standard trial period. Instead, we invest significant time upfront to create a complete, tailored care plan specifically for your loved one before service begins. This rigorous planning process ensures that every detail, from medical prompts to personal preferences is accounted for, allowing us to provide a seamless and confident start to our care.

How will I be kept informed about my loved one’s care?

Transparency is one of our core values. You are always welcome to contact our management team to request a copy of the daily care logs or to receive a comprehensive update on your loved one’s overall health and recovery progression. We maintain an open line of communication and will always proactively inform the family of any concerns or changes we observe, ensuring you are never left wondering about the quality of care being provided.

Do you provide live-in care?

No, we do not offer traditional live-in care. To maintain our high standards of British Excellence and caregiver wellbeing, we operate on a 24-hour care system instead. This involves a rotation of dedicated care specialists working in shifts. This ensures that the person looking after your loved one is always well-rested, alert, and able to provide the focused, high-quality support that Viventa stands for.

Can changes be made to the care plan at any point?

Absolutely. We understand that life and health needs can change. To ensure we can maintain the consistency and quality of your care, we simply ask for fourteen days’ notice. This allows us to manage our specialists’ schedules and ensure the right match remains available for you.

Can you provide nurses or medical specialists?

At this stage, Viventa is a non-medical care provider focused on professional Assisted Daily Living (ADL) and companionship. While we do not provide clinical nursing services currently, it is a specialised area we plan to integrate into our boutique model in the future as we continue to grow.

What is the difference between Viventa and a maid service?

Viventa provides professional care, not general domestic cleaning. While we assist with light domestic tasks and meal preparation to ensure a client’s well-being, our focus is on Assisted Daily Living (ADL) and specialised physical support. Unlike a maid service, our team is trained in healthcare protocols, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
